This was my first time to use ATX Soft Wash. I can truly say wonderful things about this company. The crew was thorough in their work, did a great job and we’re very accommodating. At first, I was thinking of only doing my windows but I added the soft pressure wash service of my stucco exterior. I was planning on repainting my house this winter because it was grungy with mildew and dirt from over 10 years worth. The outcome was stunning! It looks like it was just freshly painted and I won’t need to spend thousands on a paint job. Also the window pricing was reasonable and lower than other companies so I’ll be using ATX for my future window cleanings.

I bought a 20+ year old home with a red tile roof that has most likely had never been cleaned. I was not convinced that it could be cleaned but Brendon and Willie put their magical touch on it and the roof looks like its brand new. Frankly, I still cant believe it!!! I had never had our home exterior professionally cleaned before, but we’ve been in the home for 4 years and our white siding was looking dingy. We also had lots of mold growing on our roof and our windows and solar panels needed some TLC. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly when I reached out for pricing information. Everyone was incredibly timely on arrivals for providing quotes & the day of the job. Our home looks fantastic! Our solar panels are shimmering now. After the job was complete I had a question that they put extra efforts into tracking down an answer for. This was after the job was over, and after I paid, and still the energy and effort to assist me was spot on. Yesterday we received a sweet care package thanking us for our business. Nice touch! We will use ATX soft wash again for our exterior cleaning needs. They are stand-up people with a good service, delivering quality results.

During the pandemic, I found myself spending more time in the back yard and decided that I wanted my patio to look better, so I did some research on power wash companies. After reading reviews, I chose ATX Soft Wash, and am SO glad I did. It's a small family-owned business (Brendan does a lot of the work himself, and his wife answers the phones and does the scheduling). They are really responsive, so professional (on time, great communication), do fantastic work, and are really fairly priced! Once Brendan was here making my stone patio look great, I decided that I wanted to add in my stone wall, and he added the rest of in for a very low price, which I thought was really nice. He did a fabulous job (he's also a friendly person and very nice to my dog, who has access to the back yard while he's working) and my patio and stone wall look amazing. After having the back yard look so good, I decided a few weeks later that I wished my windows weren't so dirty (hello, "project creep"!). I called and scheduled the appointment, and Brendan came out yesterday. Again, the price is very fair (I think it was $185 for 19 windows, and he spent a long time, close to 4 hours, carefully taking off my screens (they had never been removed before and were in fact caulked to the windows), washing the windows, and putting them back. I would never have taken the time to do all that work, so it was absolutely worth the money. The windows are sparkling clean, and it makes so much more of a difference than I even though it would (while teaching with Zoom at home, I look into the backyard from my office window, and it's equivalent to when you get glasses for the first time and everything is so sharp and in focus instead of blurry). It really does making working from home (and being quarantined) so much more pleasant when everything is so fresh and clean looking! I will definitely be using ATX Softwash for all of the services they provide (next up: gutter cleaning) because when you find a small, family-owned business that's trustworthy and fairly priced, you know you have a good thing going. I highly recommend them!!

We have had professional power washers and window cleaning done annually for years. But it wasn't until we experienced ATX Soft Wash that we truly got CLEAN! From the initial discovery, contact, scheduling (and rescheduling due to weather at my request), day of service, and follow-up for touch-up, we had nothing but the most professional and courteous experience. The ATX Soft Wash Team is on their game for every aspect. Shawn who works behind the scenes is awesome... Shawn's response time to emails and phone calls is outstanding. With Shawn's help we scheduled an initial meeting for a free estimate. Jason showed up on time and walked the property with me discussing what we'd like done. Before he left, he was able to provide a price that was fair and schedule the work. I appreciated the real-time nature of getting the work scheduled. Fast forward a few weeks due to our scheduling needs, and on our day-of service team was Jason (father) and Hayden (son). They showed up on time and got right to work. Jason explained again what and how they would tackle our project. They were both very respectful of our property and started renewing our dirty driveway, sidewalks, pathway, stonework walls, stone stair cases, pool coping, and waterfall to their like-new state. My wife and I were BLOWN away by the transformation by the before and after. I'm attaching just a small example of before, during, and after picture. To be honest, if I hadn't seen this for myself, I would almost not believe it. I highly recommend this Austin-local family-owned and operated business to ANYONE looking for a top-notch job, done-right, at a reasonable price. We have a limestone house that had black algae growing on it from the rain. We called two power washing companies and they were not able to get it off. ATX SoftWash was the company that I needed. We've used ATX Soft Wash, twice, in the past calendar year. Both times were to clean Solar Panels on our Roof and on my Parents Roof, here in Round Rock. With the normal cycles of Pollen and the area Construction that take place, our Panels can get a noticeable layer of obstruction that normal rain doesn't seem to ever wash away. In Calling ATX, we can easily make an appointment and get an upfront quote to what project might cost, based on the questions asked and their experience with difference types of home styles, which can vary from home to home. They provide communications for reminders and notices to their arrival so that you are always informed. The complete the job, as asked and clean up any mess they may have made, before leaving the site. We've been able to pay through an email, "Click to Pay" opportunity, which is helpful to minimize face to face contact and provide easy solutions, like it was for my Parents, in which my Wife and I paid for the service done on the home. Our two experiences have been great. They sent me before and after pictures of my Parent's Solar Panels so that I could see the results of their work. This is the 3rd time I have used ATX Soft Wash and I’ve been extremely happy every time. My windows stay clean for at least 6 months. Yesterday Jason and Hayden cleaned the windows inside and out (95 windows total) and cleaned the Pollen and Mold off the tin roof. I hadn’t planned on having the roof done but they quoted me a price and at noon started on the roof. They spent 6 hours on the roof and 4 hours on the windows. After power washing the roof they went back and touched up the windows. I haven’t had service like that in years. The price was right and I can’t compliment ATX Soft Wash enough. GREAT WORK!

These guys were amazing. Jason will text you, call you or email you however you need to communicate. He stayed in touch about weather and their arrival from the day we scheduled. They worked around my schedule for dropping off kids at school as well as worked around my big dog in the house. They were kind and polite and made conversation but also worked fast and efficiently. Our house hadn’t had any attention since 1989 and since we moved in could tell it needed a full wash. They did gutters, windows inside and out, power washing and soft wash of the entire exterior. The house looks new, the paint looks new and the windows look new. We have real curb appeal now with a clean driveway, sidewalk and front entrance. When Jason arrived, he mentioned up front that we may not need his gutter cleaning services as there weren't that many big trees around our house. Despite this, he was kind enough to get up on the roof and look at our gutters, and take pictures of them to prove to us that we didn't need a cleaning after all (the gutters were clear). As a result, he didn't charge us at all for the gutter cleaning services. We were so impressed by his professionalism that in the future we are going to set up a time to use his window cleaning services instead.

Had a great experience with Austin Area Window Cleaning! I have to wear sunglasses inside because the windows are so clear! I have 2 windows in my garage which have never been cleaned properly, and they look brand new and sparkly after their visit. The other reviews are spot on, very reliable professional company. These guys are amazing! I am a stagier in south Austin and I help my clients arrange cleaning services before listing their home on the market. Recently I've been looking for a new window crew to call. I have worked with them 3 times in the past week and it's been great every time. Jason has been great as far as communication and preparation. Brendon and Ethan have been rock stars that do amazing work (even in the toughest and strictest of conditions). These are all new build properties and are covered in paint, stickers and silicone. I am blown away by their customer service and that's something I really and truly am grateful for when dealing with a small business. They cleaned 72 windows for me in less than ONE DAY, 9 of them on a 3 story wall made of only windows!! The next appointment, they performed a solar panel cleaning, until a storm came. They were right back at it the very next morning. They have been punctual every time and finish far faster than I expected. I couldn't be happier to have stumbled upon them on Craigslist. Their prices are extremely agreeable and I will continue to use them on all of my properties from here on out! This was my first time to use ATX Soft Wash. I can truly say wonderful things about this company. The crew was thorough in their work, did a great job and we’re very accommodating. At first, I was thinking of only doing my windows but I added the soft pressure wash service of my stucco exterior. I was planning on repainting my house this winter because it was grungy with mildew and dirt from over 10 years worth. The outcome was stunning! It looks like it was just freshly painted and I won’t need to spend thousands on a paint job. I had never had our home exterior professionally cleaned before, but we’ve been in the home for 4 years and our white siding was looking dingy. We also had lots of mold growing on our roof and our windows and solar panels needed some TLC. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly when I reached out for pricing information. During the pandemic, I found myself spending more time in the back yard and decided that I wanted my patio to look better, so I did some research on power wash companies. After reading reviews, I chose ATX Soft Wash, and am SO glad I did. It's a small family-owned business (Brendan does a lot of the work himself, and his wife answers the phones and does the scheduling). They are really responsive, so professional (on time, great communication), do fantastic work, and are really fairly priced! Once Brendan was here making my stone patio look great, I decided that I wanted to add in my stone wall, and he added the rest of in for a very low price, which I thought was really nice. He did a fabulous job (he's also a friendly person and very nice to my dog, who has access to the back yard while he's working) and my patio and stone wall look amazing. After having the back yard look so good, I decided a few weeks later that I wished my windows weren't so dirty (hello, "project creep"!). I called and scheduled the appointment, and Brendan came out yesterday. Again, the price is very fair (I think it was $185 for 19 windows, and he spent a long time, close to 4 hours, carefully taking off my screens (they had never been removed before and were in fact caulked to the windows), washing the windows, and putting them back. I would never have taken the time to do all that work, so it was absolutely worth the money. The windows are sparkling clean, and it makes so much more of a difference than I even though it would (while teaching with Zoom at home, I look into the backyard from my office window, and it's equivalent to when you get glasses for the first time and everything is so sharp and in focus instead of blurry). It really does making working from home (and being quarantined) so much more pleasant when everything is so fresh and clean looking! I will definitely be using ATX Softwash for all of the services they provide (next up: gutter cleaning) because when you find a small, family-owned business that's trustworthy and fairly priced, you know you have a good thing going. I highly recommend them!!

With Shawn's help we scheduled an initial meeting for a free estimate. Jason showed up on time and walked the property with me discussing what we'd like done. Before he left, he was able to provide a price that was fair and schedule the work. I appreciated the real-time nature of getting the work scheduled. Fast forward a few weeks due to our scheduling needs, and on our day-of service team was Jason (father) and Hayden (son). They showed up on time and got right to work. Jason explained again what and how they would tackle our project. They were both very respectful of our property and started renewing our dirty driveway, sidewalks, pathway, stonework walls, stone stair cases, pool coping, and waterfall to their like-new state. We've used ATX Soft Wash, twice, in the past calendar year. Both times were to clean Solar Panels on our Roof and on my Parents Roof, here in Round Rock. This is the 3rd time I have used ATX Soft Wash and I’ve been extremely happy every time. My windows stay clean for at least 6 months. Yesterday Jason and Hayden cleaned the windows inside and out (95 windows total) and cleaned the Pollen and Mold off the tin roof. I hadn’t planned on having the roof done but they quoted me a price and at noon started on the roof. They spent 6 hours on the roof and 4 hours on the windows. After power washing the roof they went back and touched up the windows. I haven’t had service like that in years. The price was right and I can’t compliment ATX Soft Wash enough. GREAT WORK!

These guys were amazing. Jason will text you, call you or email you however you need to communicate. He stayed in touch about weather and their arrival from the day we scheduled. When Jason arrived, he mentioned up front that we may not need his gutter cleaning services as there weren't that many big trees around our house. Despite this, he was kind enough to get up on the roof and look at our gutters, and take pictures of them to prove to us that we didn't need a cleaning after all (the gutters were clear). As a result, he didn't charge us at all for the gutter cleaning services. We were so impressed by his professionalism that in the future we are going to set up a time to use his window cleaning services instead.

Had a great experience with Austin Area Window Cleaning! I have to wear sunglasses inside because the windows are so clear! I have 2 windows in my garage which have never been cleaned properly, and they look brand new and sparkly after their visit. The other reviews are spot on, very reliable professional company. These guys are amazing! I am a stagier in south Austin and I help my clients arrange cleaning services before listing their home on the market. Recently I've been looking for a new window crew to call. I have worked with them 3 times in the past week and it's been great every time. Jason has been great as far as communication and preparation. Brendon and Ethan have been rock stars that do amazing work (even in the toughest and strictest of conditions). These are all new build properties and are covered in paint, stickers and silicone. I am blown away by their customer service and that's something I really and truly am grateful for when dealing with a small business. They cleaned 72 windows for me in less than ONE DAY, 9 of them on a 3 story wall made of only windows!! The next appointment, they performed a solar panel cleaning, until a storm came. They were right back at it the very next morning. They have been punctual every time and finish far faster than I expected. I couldn't be happier to have stumbled upon them on Craigslist. Their prices are extremely agreeable and I will continue to use them on all of my properties from here on out! Not only are they friendly, hard working, professional, dependable and detail oriented but they also go out of their way to earn your business. And that's what really counts.

We made a special request of Jason to clean our windows, inside and out, on a day when we would be home, but they don't normally work! He and his son worked us in to their busy schedule and we REALLY appreciated that.They did an awesome job.
